This program contains 4 weeks of challenges centered around mindset, teamwork, fitness, and gratitude.
The challenges are set up to last you 4 weeks, Monday - Friday, and are meant to be done with a partner(s). This partner can be a parent/guardian or maybe even a sibling.
Our goal is to help you develop your mindset, grow your confidence, enhance your gratitude, and help you become a more responsible, contributing, caring member of your family.
In this program you will find:
