It’s been said that Cardio 3 is, hands down, everyone’s favorite cardio workout.  There is a wide range of exercises being demonstrated in this workout and, of course, a mental challenge that just won’t allow you to quit.  Your glutes are on fire, your heart is racing, and you have one thing in mind… “I didn’t come this far only to come this far.  Bring it, Chris!” You will need light to medium weights, a stepper, and an elastic resistance band.
