Over The Edge: Booty Lift & Build

They call me Dr.  Bootyologist for a reason.  I build booties.  These 3 workouts are legit glute burners.  The combination of elastic bands, fabric bands, stepper and the different angles in which we target the glutes is guaranteed to give you results.  The way I would approach this series of workouts is to complete them 2-3 times a week over a 6-8 week period.  Make sure you focus more on form and quality of reps versus quantity of reps.  Slow down and embrace the burn.  These workouts can easily be incorporated into other fitness programs.  Good luck and enjoy your results.
