On Tuesday's and Thursdays we go live. These workouts are Full-Body Burn. Max Results. Minimal Time.

These workouts are built for efficiency, intensity, and total-body transformation.

Each circuit training session is designed to keep your heart rate high while targeting every major muscle group. You’ll move through a series of strength and conditioning exercises — back to back — with little to no rest between sets.

This style of training burns fat, builds lean muscle, and skyrockets your endurance — all in under 30 minutes.

Expect:

✔️ Explosive cardio bursts
✔️ Core engagement throughout

You’ll sweat hard, move fast, and push your limits — all while building a body that performs as good as it looks.

💥 Saturday Core + Light Cardio Day Breakdown

 

Total Body Burn. Focused Core. Your Pace.

On this day, your workout is split into two powerful phases:

🔥 Phase 1: Core Training Only (15–20 Minutes)

Although the other workouts will also have core exercises, this particular day is focused on core only. Get ready to light up your abs with a nonstop circuit of core-focused movements designed to strengthen, tighten, and define your midsection. These exercises target every angle of your core — upper, lower, obliques, and deep stabilizers — building strength from the inside out.

 

🏃 Phase 2: 1 Mile — Walk. Jog. Run. Your Choice.

After you’ve crushed your core, it’s time to get outside (or hop on a treadmill) for a 1-mile walk, jog, or run — whatever feels right for your body. This isn’t about speed; it’s about consistency, commitment, balance, and what you feel your body needs in that moment.

You train your core. You clear your mind. You move your body.
