These workouts are built for efficiency, intensity, and total-body transformation.
Each circuit training session is designed to keep your heart rate high while targeting every major muscle group. Youâll move through a series of strength and conditioning exercises â back to back â with little to no rest between sets.
This style of training burns fat, builds lean muscle, and skyrockets your endurance â all in under 30 minutes.

On this day, your workout is split into two powerful phases:
đĽ Phase 1: Core Training Only (15â20 Minutes)
Although the other workouts will also have core exercises, this particular day is focused on core only. Get ready to light up your abs with a nonstop circuit of core-focused movements designed to strengthen, tighten, and define your midsection. These exercises target every angle of your core â upper, lower, obliques, and deep stabilizers â building strength from the inside out.

đ Phase 2: 1 Mile â Walk. Jog. Run. Your Choice.
After youâve crushed your core, itâs time to get outside (or hop on a treadmill) for a 1-mile walk, jog, or run â whatever feels right for your body. This isnât about speed; itâs about consistency, commitment, balance, and what you feel your body needs in that moment.
You train your core. You clear your mind. You move your body.

This 8 Week Program is an extension from the 8 Week Flex Program focusing on muscle isolating workouts incorporating compound exercises targeting multiple muscle groups. Adding muscle while following the nutrition plan to give you a more toned (lean) look even when the number on the scale may not change much is the ultimate goal.

Each workout will be less than 30min. long and consist of time under tension , isometric hold, and short HIIT style workouts to burn fat while building lean muscle.
