You do NOT have to be a member or purchase a membership to participate in the 6 Week Live Classes. This is open to the general public.
Workout 3 days a week for 6 weeks
Workouts will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30am EST and 9:30am EST and on Saturdays at 8am EST. Workouts will consist of cardio, strength training, and HIIT workouts.
