Over The Edge: Booty Lift & Build

They call me Dr.  Bootyologist for a reason.  I build booties.  These 3 workouts are legit glute burners.  The combination of elastic bands, fabric bands, stepper and the different angles in which we target the glutes is guaranteed to give you results.  The way I would approach this series of workouts is to complete them 2-3 times a week over a 6-8 week period.  Make sure you focus more on form and quality of reps versus quantity of reps.  Slow down and embrace the burn.  These workouts can easily be incorporated into other fitness programs.  Good luck and enjoy your results.

Over The Edge: Upper Edge 1

Burn, burn, burn!  This 40 minute upper body workout is a complete game changer.  In this workout, you are targeting specific muscles/muscle groups focusing on time under tension while keeping the blood in the muscle you are working.  This workout is so mental because when that burn comes, you literally have to mentally go over the edge to push yourself through each set/rep.  Arguably one of the best strength workouts in Over the Edge.
